Request must be in writing and addressed to the Township Administrator, 4575 Madison Lane, Groveport, OH  43125.

   A list of ALL residents on participating streets to blocked off must be notified and sign off in writing. 
Forms available at the Township office.

   Allow entrance and exit for emergency equipment.

   Barricades will be dropped of on Friday and picked up on Monday, by the Township Road Dept.

   Picnic tables and grill should not be set in the street.

   Do not use vehicles to block road entrances - use only the provided barricades.

   Do not block the entire width of the street - such as volley ball nets or other equipment.

   Laws pertaining to alcohol (open containers) are to be observed.

   Police and Fire Departments will be notified.
