E181 was sent on the report of a smoking transformer behind Krogers.  When we arrived there was no smoke or fire visible. As we approached the rear of the building we saw 2 Groveport PD officers RUNNING from the scene and a sudden burst of thick black smoke and heavy concentration of fire.  We received an all clear from the manager while knocking down the fire. We made entry and did a secondary search.  The cause of the fire is still under investigation. All the businesses in the strip were forced to shut down for the evening due to the power outage.
