Aqua Ohio has requested a rate increase on water and sewer through PUCO. Madison Township has submitted a letter of opposition to PUCO, and residents can do the same. PUCO has scheduled 3 public hearings for this case. Please see the attached documents for more detailed information.

This ordinance was passed in 2010 by the Board of Trustees. We have recently had an increase in inquiries regarding noise issues. REPORT LITTER OR ILLEGAL DUMPING
